An original Dr. Mindbender, from the original GI Joe line. This figure was released in 1986 by Hasbro. Like all of our figures here, this figure is expected to have relatively tight joints, great paint, and no noticeable chips or scratches.
The black cape with painted silver Cobra logo, a reproduction black .45 caliber pistol, silver electric prod, black generator, and black hose are included.
